Powerful hydraulics and precision to the millimeter

Winlet glass lifts have off-road wheel drive on the front axle and all movement loads are hydraulically actuated.

Unlike other technologies, hydraulics is extremely powerful and fast and at the same time also robust enough to withstand the conditions on site.

The exceptional controlling of the hydraulics makes sure that all movements are executed with millimeter precision. This is vital for accurate mounting of glass panes and windows. To make installation work even faster, all Winlet glass lifts are designed with 100% linear movement of the front – both horizontally and vertically.

Compact and strong

Winlet glass lifts are build to withstand the challenges that may arise on a building site. It is the most compact glass lift on the market meaning they can be used in confined spaces where most other glass lifts can’t.

Not just a glass lift

By changing the suction cups the Winlet can be used to lift a wide range of other airtight material besides windows and glass:

Avoid manual lifting with the Winlet

All Winlet glass lifts are, of course, operated with vacuum function from the cable remote control, thus the vacuum can be actuated directly at the mounting location, making it possible to install sheet glass etc. with just one man and a Winlet glass lift.

The use of the Winlet means that manual workers avoid heavy and awkward lifting; a big plus for the working environment as it spares workers from the back strain many will experience.

WINLET 1000 CRAWLER

Winlet 1000 Crawler Bi-Leveling is a unique machine with both off-road and self-levelling characteristics in both horizontal axes. It is designed to work in places where other glass lifts can’t go!

Winlet 1000 Crawler ER is an upgraded version of our tracked glazing robot. This version has an extended arm reaching a maximum of just over 6 metres! Like the original version, it lifts 1.000 kg and operates with the automatic Dynamic Levelling System.

Winlet 1000 has a lifting capacity of 1,000 kg and the unique power-steering of the machine’s steering wheel makes it extremely easy to maneuver on site.

Winlet 785 has a load capacity of 785 kg and, like the other fully hydraulic window lifts, has 6 hydraulic functions with both lateral movement and rotation being hydraulically actuated.

Winlet 600 has a powerful wheel drive making this glazing robot ideal not only indoors but also in outdoor terrain.

Winlet 575 glazing robot is the smallest of our fully hydraulic sheet glass lifts with a load capacity of 575 kg.

Winlet 575TH is used for window installation in buildings where the standard Winlet cannot be utilized due to height restrictions or challenging site conditions, making maneuverability difficult.

Winlet 400 is a series of state-of-the-art glazing robots lifting up to 500 kg. The vital parts of the machine are customized to make sure you get exactly the Winlet 400 you need for your projects.

Winlet 375 combines superior lifting capacity and reach with a unique and compact design. With this machine you can handle loads of up to 375 kg even in rough terrain and through narrow passageways.

Winlet 350 is the ideal choice for lifting jobs both indoors and outdoors and the large range of accessories allows the lift to be used for many different tasks on site.

Winlet 350TH comes as standard with fork pockets that fit on all machines, with quick conversion to telescopic loaders. In addition, it has an autonomous hydraulic system which means it can operate independently of construction machines.

Winlet Lasius 1,5t is an upgraded version of our Pick and Carry crane. With a lifting capacity of 1.500 kg it will give the traditionel crane and handling solutions tough competition!

WINLET LASIUS 1t

Winlet Lasius 1t enables completely new ways of lifting, handling and transporting heavy loads. With a capacity of 1.000 kg this machine is applicable as a Pick & Carry crane in a large range of situations.
