Winlet – the fastest, safest and smartest glass lifter on the market

Winlet – the fastest, safest and smartest glass lifter on the market
The Winlet products consists of a series of self-propelled vacuum lifts which uses hydraulic to lift and handle sheet glass, windows and other airtight materials.
Winlet glazing robots: Fast, powerful, precise
Winlet robots use front-axle off-road wheel drive for traction on rough ground. Every movement of the load is hydraulically actuated for reliable power and speed.
Why hydraulics?
-
High power & speed for lifting and positioning heavy loads quickly and precisely
 -
Robust in tough conditions—resists dust, impacts, and temperature swings
 -
Consistent control for repeatable, safe handling

Millimeter-precision control
Exceptional hydraulic control delivers millimeter-accurate movements – essential for tight tolerances when mounting glass panes and windows.
Faster installs with linear motion
All Winlet glass lifts feature 100% linear front movement—horizontal and vertical so operators align glass faster with fewer corrections.
Result: Quicker installs, fewer reworks, safer handling.
Compact and strong
Winlet glazing robots are built for the job site. Their compact footprint lets operators work in confined spaces where most other machines can’t.
Not just a glazing robot
Swap the suction cups to handle a wide range of airtight materials, not just windows and glass:
-
Granite
 -
Concrete
 -
Plasterboards
 -
Steel plates
 -
Wooden plates
 -
Tiles
 -
Fire doors

Result: one glazing robot, many tasks—less manual handling, faster installs, fewer damages.
Avoid manual lifting with the Winlet
All Winlet glass lifts are, of course, operated with vacuum function from the cable remote control, thus the vacuum can be actuated directly at the mounting location, making it possible to install sheet glass etc. with just one man and a Winlet glass lift.
The use of the Winlet means that manual workers avoid heavy and awkward lifting; a big plus for the working environment as it spares workers from the back strain many will experience.
What does a Winlet cost?
Because we offer many different models and accessories, the price will depend on which specific products you are interested in.
