Efficient drywall installation with ErgoMover

The challenge

Carpentry company Børge Jacobsen A/S has been awarded the task of converting existing factory premises into new office space for a major Danish company.

This involved a large amount of drywall installation. They chose to invest in GMV’s ErgoMover drywall concept, which has proven to be a significant resource for them.

The electric trolley is designed to remove all the heavy lifting from employees, optimise work processes and ensure safety on the construction site.

ErgoMover drywall concept

The ErgoMover drywall concepts consists of 3 products

ErgoMover Manipulator: An electric battery-powered transport trolley with hydraulic lifting and 90-degree load positioning.

ErgoLoader: A mobile plate rack designed to hold an entire pallet of plasterboard.

ErgoMounter Mounting Trolley: A trolley that effortlessly brings individual drywall panels up to the wall for easy mounting.

These three products streamline the transport of entire drywall pallets from the lorry to the installation site, whether onto drywall trestles or into the ErgoLoader panel rack. The entire process is gentle on workers, eliminating strain on their backs.
