LIFTING CAPACITY

Lifting capacity and lifting height are individually adjusted as required, and the lifters are supplied with capacities from 2 kg to 1 ton. The possible lifting height is between 0.3 meters and 3 meters and the BAL-TROL can be mounted both vertically and horizontally.

When mounting the BAL-TROL lifting gear, we recommend the use of light overhead rail systems such as our aluminum rail systems.

STEERING HANDLE OR BALANCE CONTROL

BAL-TROL can be fitted with different handles for controlling the up / down function or with a unique balance control function with which raised items can be handled as if they were weightless.

SPEEDHANDLE OR SENSI-TOUCH

For use when lifting many different products. The hoisting and lowering speeds are infinitely adjustable. The integrated flexibility in BAL-TROL enables a fine adjustment of the load position of approx. +/- 5 cm, simply by gently touching the load.

GRIBBING TOOLS

The design of a gripping tool is the key to efficient and safe lifting. In consultation with the customer, we develop a tool that is tailored to the individual task. The gripping tool may be operated by a vacuum, magnetic or pneumatic system.
